Leadership

Software is built for organisations, not just users

Alongside engineering I lead partnership and business development for AIESEC in IFM, and led the Youth to Business Forum 2026 as project lead. That work is where requirements discovery, stakeholder alignment and scope negotiation get practised on real budgets and real deadlines.

It is the reason technical conversations with non-technical stakeholders tend to go quickly.
