Leadership
Partnership development and programme delivery alongside engineering — and the reason requirements conversations with non-technical stakeholders tend to go quickly.
Why it is here
Systems are built for organisations
Every platform on this site started as a conversation with people who could describe their problem but not their requirements. Translating one into the other is the part of engineering that no framework covers.
Leading partnerships and programmes is where that skill gets practised against real budgets, real deadlines and stakeholders who will say no. It sharpens requirements discovery, prioritisation, scope negotiation and executive communication — all of which show up directly in how a project is scoped and delivered.
It remains secondary to engineering. It is not a separate career.
